What is most valuable in our company are the people and because of their commitment we keep growing and leading. We take care our them, implementing our plan for occupational Health and Safety to ensure their security in their place of work.

Our commitment to education and children’s well-being is important for us, in order to take action and help communities in our area of influence we implemented a project which had the goal of improving the infrastructure of a kinder garden where children from 3 to 5 years old study. We achieved our goals making partnerships with the community, parents, teachers and local volunteers.

This project’s main goal is to develop English skills in children and young people that live in the communities close around our company’s operations, where our employees have their families and homes. To make this project a reality we made a partnership with an international organization that brings international volunteers to Peru to be part of social projects. We expect to replicate these workshops every summer in the next years.

We believe in the power of young people to be the future leaders and change-makers in our society, for that reason we support local volunteers and their initiatives to make the world a better place. Some of these organizations are: AIESEC in Ica and Ica Sostenible.
